Major Updates:
DVI:
New tab on DVI called Prepare, allows user to switch between DVI and RO to prepare line items and show each item on the DVI.
New print option on RO to go directly to the DVI print page
Ability to copy sections in the Inspection Manager section for easier DVI editing
Deleting of sections in Inspection Manager now saves
Better formatting on phone and tablet
Fixed issue with edits, reordering and deletes on Inspection Manager not saving
Separated the Approve and Decline buttons
Estimates/Repair Orders/Invoices:
Fixed display issue for Outside purchase items saying posted to Accounting Link when the service is not enabled
Ability by Role Permission to allow back flagging of hours paid on a closed Invoice
Added the ability to decline a package
Have the PO Number in OP section default to Other ID / Stock # from a shop profile setting
Fixed issue for adding packages from QuickCharts
Improvement for iDMS button, added a 4th line to show status of vehicle loan and added iDMS Mileage. Now we show purchase mileage and last mileage
Alternate contact email now shows in cc field when sending emails, additional email addresses can also be added in this field
Inventory Orders:
Core charges can now be added to the order line item and will flow into Inventory
Timeclock:
We now show amount of clocked in hours below hours paid
ProDemand Integration:
Maintenance and Fluids option tabs are now available
Upgraded to latest version including HD options
Other updates:
From shop profile settings tab, shops can now filter the Vehicle Model types to limit showing ATV, UTV, Motorcycle, HD, Boats, Snowmobile etc.
Coming Soon:
Ability to send approvals through the DVI
More enhancements for the new alerts bell icon including SMS deposits received.
