Software such as OBS works with compatible mobile devices and their built-in cameras or your equipment you may already have or which is easily available to you.
OTS is unable to provide specific troubleshooting for third party software or equipment. We can confirm if your OTS provided RTMP key is connected with CenterStream, our online video player.
