Your uploaded video file needs to be under 10GB in .mp4 format and uploaded to your site at least 24 hours before your premiere.
When exporting your video file from your editing software, we recommend the following settings:
CODEC: H.264 (This will export the file as a .mp4)
Audio: AAC
Bitrate - High/Medium/Medium Variable -use the one that gets
you closest to 10GB

On the Details page on your OTS dashboard, click on 'Video On Demand'
Upload your video on this page following the file size guidelines above. The video must be in .mp4 format under 10GB.
What the uploading process looks like:
Upload the video from your desktop. It will show a moving red line as the video uploads. Please plan at least an hour or two for this process.
Processing: This is the part of the process that could take longer depending on the size and complexity of your video. Again, please plan for at least an hour or more for this to complete. Each video is different.
Once the video is uploaded, you will see an image of the video. Please note that video uploads can sometimes take more than a couple of hours depending on file size. Make sure to upload at least 24 hours before the start date.
