Updated today

🎭Noteworthy: Your uploaded video file needs to be under 10GB in .mp4 format and should uploaded to your site at least 24 hours before your premiere.

When exporting your video file from your editing software, we recommend the following settings: CODEC: H.264 (This will export the file as a .mp4), Audio: AAC, and Bitrate - High/Medium/Medium Variable - use the one that gets you closest to 10GB.

On the Show Details page for your event click on Video on Demand tab.

Upload your video on this page and ensure your file meets the size guidelines. You can drag and drop your file, or click Upload Video.

🎭Noteworthy: For a successful upload: begin file upload at least 24 hours before the 1st streaming date. Please note: upload speed and times vary due to internet speed. File uploading and processing often take several hours and cannot be completed just before a show. Video uploads can sometimes take more than an hour depending on file size. Make sure to upload at least 24 hours before the start date.

The video must be under 10GB and it must be .mp4.
