Adding a Livestream to an Existing Live Event

Have a live production and now want to add a livestream? You can do this in just a few simple steps.

Adding a livestream to your event is simple! You might want to do this to reach a broader audience and provide a more inclusive theater experience for your patrons who cannot leave their home.

Please note that only one livestream can be set up per date. If you have multiple performances in different locations, we are unable to accommodate that.

To add a livestream:

  • From the Show Details page of your live event, click the Add Livestream button.

  • You will receive the following prompt confirming you want to add a livestream.

  • Next you will be asked to choose your Livestream Format: Studio or DIY. (Need help deciding? Click here!)

  • Push Continue and add your virtual capacity and pricing.

🎭 Noteworthy: If you decide to add a livestream within 48 hours of your first event, please notify your account manager and customer support team. We want to ensure your livestream runs smoothly and without hiccups just as much as you do!
