These are the image file size requirements for OTS Merchandise.
Add-On Graphic Image Requirements:
T-Shirt - 1800 x 2400 - File must be 150 DPI to ensure optimal print quality
Sweatshirt - 2100 x 2100 - File must be 150 DPI to ensure optimal print quality
Poster - 1800 x 2700 - File must be 300 DPI to ensure optimal print quality
Mug - 2700 x 1050 - File must be 300 DPI to ensure optimal print quality
Tote Bag - 1500 x 1500 - File must be 150 DPI to ensure optimal print quality
Water bottle - 2557 x 1582 - File must be 300 DPI to ensure optimal print quality
Please note that t-shirts are only available as single sided printing. There is currently not an option to print front and back.
