'General Authority' calculates how many interactions (retweets, replies and mentions) influencers get from other influencers on any topic. These interactions are also weighted against the general authority levels of people interacting with them, so interaction with an influencer with 5 stars will grow your general authority more.

It's displayed as a star rating and gives you a sense of how popular an influencer's content is on average.
