The influencer management page allows you to view the influencers saved in your program. Using the filters, you can narrow down the influencers in view to see only those with a particular tag. 

For example, if you want to view influencers based in a particular location, click on the filter icon next to the Location header, and select the desired Location tag(s).

If the tags you're looking for aren't visible, you can use the Manage Columns button to modify which columns are available in the main Influencer Management page. You can also drag and drop the columns into the order you want them to display.
