Often requested is the ability to apply a regional location filter by a group of countries e.g. a region like Africa.

These regions are now available in the Location search filter:

These broad regions are recognisable to the majority of people.

Regions are always a debatable subject, especially where countries lay across more than one region, such as Russia or Egypt. We have used fairly broad regions to start with based on the search combinations we see being made but also where a country has the majority of its cultural, economic and political ties.
