Within the user roles, two basic functions can be distinguished. On the one hand, by assigning specific Permission levels, it is possible to control which information can be accessed by which employees. Here we distinguish between "Organisation based", "Listening based" and "Application based":
"Organization-based" roles have access to all job postings and applicants in an organization.
"Listening based" roles have access to job postings for which they are part of the recruiting team, as well as applicants for those postings.
"Application-based" roles do not have access to job postings. They only have access to applications for which they have received a feedback request.
Which functions can be performed by users depends on the information in the check boxes.
