Clicking on an applicant's name in the application list will take you to the corresponding view.‍

In the header, the most important information about the candidates is displayed once again. In addition, you can assign a star rating or a label to the candidates at this point, which you can then view or filter in the overview. By clicking on the three dots at the top right, you can perform various actions with the respective candidates (see Manage candidates):

  • Change status

  • "Mark as 'Declined'"

  • Message applicant

  • Invite applicant

  • Request feedback

  • Share externally

  • Move application

  • Download application

  • Delete application

Otherwise, the applicant view is divided into two tabs: "Status" and "Profile".

Status

  • History: All actions that have already been performed with the applicants, for example comments made or emails sent and received so far, will be tracked in the history.

  • Comment: In the footer it is possible to comment on the applicants. Here you can enter all information that you consider as important and have it stored in the history. You also have the option to store keywords here, which you can do with the hash symbol (#), or you can address colleagues specifically with the @ sign.

  • Feedback: You can give a rating using the thumbs as well as an input field. The average rating of the applicant is displayed in the application overview. In addition, you can request feedback from your colleagues for an applicant. Your colleague will receive an email with the link to the application and can provide their feedback.

  • Tasks: Click Task to create a new task. Type the text and add it by the gray plus sign. Click on the three dots to see all completed tasks.
