  • Change status: This function allows you to adjust the status of candidates and move them to another recruitment phase. You can also move candidates to previous phases, for example, if you want to consider them for another position.

  • "Mark as 'Declined'" or the "Revert applicant":If an application does not match the advertised position, you can use this button to reject the applicants so that they no longer appear as active in the applicant overview and are listed in the "Rejected" folder.
    Since it may happen that you subsequently want to consider applicants for another position, you can also withdraw the rejection. For this reason, the rejection email must also be sent manually.

  • Message applicant: Here you can send a message to applicant. First, you have the option to select from an email template and a sender, which you have created under the "Settings". The email message is generated automatically from this information, but can, like the main text, be customized afterwards.In addition to various formatting options, three basic functions are available: You can "schedule" your e-mail to be sent at a later date. This message will then already be displayed in the "History" of the applicant view and can still be withdrawn at this time up to the deadline. In addition, you can simultaneously "Change applicant status" or add attachments to your message.

  • Invite applicant: You can use this feature, as well as our calendar, to invite applicants to phone or job interviews. Detailed instructions on how to do this can be found in the Calendar section of our "Functional Manual".
