Applicants can be added to the talent pool via our email function "Message applicant". Here you just need to select the specific template "Invitation to the talent pool" and make sure that the email is provided with the following variable {!talentPoolInvitationLink}. This will be used to create a specific link for the respective applicants to confirm their entry into the talent pool.
