If you would like our system to evaluate the match of applicants with one of your job ads, you can do so using our "Matchmaking".
To do this, all you have to do is navigate to the questionnaire you have created and you can then make a rating for all or individual dropdown and checkbox answers.
To do this, click into the edit mode of either question category and then select the "Weighting" tab. Here you can use various sliders to determine the relevance of the question and the individual answer options for the general ranking in two steps:
Step 1: How important is the question compared to other data?
Step 2: How relevant are the individual answer options?
(The sliders available for this can take a value between one and ten).
Based on your weighting and the information provided by the candidates in the questionnaire, our system then calculates an overall value of how well a person fits the corresponding vacancy. This information is displayed as a number in the candidate overview behind the name and can also be viewed in the candidate profile (see screenshot 1 & 2).

Examples:
In the following two examples, we would like to explain the assessment a little more detail.
Example 1: Mathematics skills
Based on the example we have chosen (see screenshot), the mathematics skills of potential female applicants are particularly important to us for the corresponding job posting. If we have not given any further weighting to another question, the answer thus flows 100% into the matchmaking (regardless of the value we assigned in step 1).
A person who had an A in math is thus rated with 100% fit, a person who had a B only with 80%, etc.
Example 2: Driver's license and the math skills from example 1
In this example, we assess whether the respective person has a driver's license. Based on our general weighting in step 1, we determine that the answer should only account for 50% of the overall ranking. In addition to the pre-existing math knowledge, which is weighted at 100%, this question only accounts for 25% of the overall ranking (50% driver's license + 100% math / 2 questions).
The answer "Yes" is rated with 100% agreement, the answer "No" with 0%.
