The Home page in the Operator Dashboard is your all-in-one command center for driving store performance through stronger team culture and engagement.

It gives you real-time visibility into how your teams are performing and staying engaged — making it easier to recognize wins, coach where needed, and keep everyone aligned.

On the Home page, you’ll find four main sections:

  • Team Insights

  • Store Scoreboard

  • Team Member Leaderboard

  • Trivia Highlights

  • Perks Highlights

Team Insights

Get a quick read on your team’s morale, motivation, and participation — with direct ways to take action. These insights are designed to boost team sentiment and engagement while helping you focus where it matters most.

Engagement

  • Current Engagement Rate: See your team’s engagement percentage and how it’s changed from the previous month — an early indicator of culture health.

  • Inactive Users: Identify team members who haven’t engaged recently and send them a quick, encouraging text to re-inspire participation.

Enrollment

  • Enrollment Rate: Track how many team members are enrolled and compare to last month.

  • New Hires: See how many new hires joined and how many are active on Onaroll.

  • Resend Invites: Promptly invite any unenrolled new hires — a quick step that builds early engagement and reduces drop-off.

Team Highlights

  • Seats: Total number of users on your company's roster. This does not include terminated or opted out users.

  • Birthdays: View Team Members with birthdays this month and send bonus points with a personal message — a simple way to improve morale and recognition. This will only show Team members who have filled out their birthday in their Onaroll profile.

  • Safeguards in Place: We prevent duplicate birthday bonus points so celebrations stay fair and intentional.

Store Scoreboard

The Store Scoreboard helps you spot where performance is thriving, steady, or slipping — giving you the visibility to act before KPIs are impacted.

  • Performance Status:

    • On a Roll → High and improving performance

    • Holding Steady → Consistent performance

    • Needs a Boost → Performance trending down

  • Rank Movement: See store ranking changes in the Change in the Past 7 Days column — a proactive way to identify shifts in performance.

  • Direct Messaging: Text Team Leaders to congratulate or coach them — keeping motivation and alignment high.

  • Bonus Points Control: Include or exclude bonus points (e.g., birthday points) in the rankings to keep the algorithm focused on your preferred performance drivers.

Team Member Leaderboard

Recognize top individual performers and coach those who need support — all based on the past week’s performance.

  • Company-Wide Rankings: See the top Points earners in the past 7 days

  • Bonus Points Setting: Include or exclude bonus points in the rankings for a clear picture of sustained performance.

  • Last 7 Days View: Keeps recognition timely, which helps reinforce positive behaviors and momentum.

Trivia Highlights

Keep engagement high with Trivia — a fun way to challenge your team’s knowledge, spark friendly competition, and boost morale. These insights make it easy to recognize top performers and coach improvement opportunities.

  • Correct Trivia Answers: See the percentage of correct trivia answers this month, along with the change from the previous month.

  • Trivia Questions Rankings: Review the top 5 most correctly answered questions and the bottom 5 most often missed — helping you spot trends in team knowledge.

  • Store Trivia Rankings: See the top 5 stores leading in trivia performance and the bottom 5 stores that could use a boost.

  • Current Month’s Trivia Overview: Get a location-by-location breakdown of correct vs. incorrect trivia answers for the month.

Perks Highlights

The new Perks Highlights section gives you a quick snapshot of how your team is engaging with Perks. You’ll see:

  • Perks Redeemed: The total number of Perks redeemed this month, along with a comparison to last month’s redemptions.

  • Highest Lifetime Points Earner: The Team Member who has earned the most Points of all time, plus their total Points earned.

  • Perks Overview: A table view that shows each store’s redemption activity, including how many redemptions they’ve had, the total redemption dollar amount, and the most popular perk redeemed.

This section makes it easy to track recognition activity across your business and celebrate top performers.

Tip: The Home page isn’t just a dashboard — it’s a proactive management tool. By checking it regularly, you can strengthen culture, boost morale, and take quick, meaningful action that improves retention and performance.
