Bonus Points should be sent at times when Team productivity or performance is above average. Examples of such occasions include:

  • When someone picks up a tough or unwanted shift (weekends, holidays)

  • You hired a referral that a Team Member submitted

  • A Team Member went above and beyond cleaning the store

  • Your customers mention they received amazing service from a Team Member

  • Your Team breaks a sales record or completes a sales challenge

How to Send Bonus Points

Sending Bonus Points is easy!

  1. Access your account at https://app.onaroll.co

  2. Click on the Team Leader Experience (the roster progress graph at the top of your homepage)

  3. Click on the paper plane icon in the bottom right

  4. Select a Team Member

  5. Enter an amount

  6. Enter a message

  7. Hit Send

💡 Personalize your message! Let them know exactly why they are getting these Points to help reaffirm positive actions and to celebrate them.
