Correcting Trivia Questions
In order to make sure you're having the best experience answering the daily Trivia Questions, we want to make sure all of the questions are up to date, accurate, and relevant. If you stumble across a question that you think might be incorrect, please follow the steps below to make sure the issue is documented and corrected.
Step 1: Contact Your Team Leader
If you see an incorrect Trivia question, reach out to your stores Team Leader. Let them know which question is incorrect and have them send an email to support@onaroll.co. Our Support Team will then get notified and can take the necessary steps to correct the issue.
Step 2: Our Support Team Makes the Internal Changes
Once our Support Team is made aware of the issue, they will quickly make the internal changes so that going forward that question is accurate.
