Team Member & Team Leader: I can’t find my Perk redemption code. How can I receive it again?

What is a Perk?

Onaroll Perks are gift cards that can be applied to your purchase. When you redeem a Perk, you will receive an automatic text message with the redemption code. This code can then be applied directly to your order or given to the cashier for in-store redemption.

What do I do if I don't receive the code?

If you do not receive the text message with the code or if you delete it for any reason, don't worry! Your rewards are always stored securely in the Onaroll app. Follow these steps:

  1. Sign into Onaroll

  2. Click Perks

  3. Click Perks Wallet

  4. Select the arrow on the Perk you're looking to redeem

  5. Share the redemption code with the cashier or paste it in the redemption field when you check out online
