Outdated Phone Number: If a Team Member is experiencing difficulties logging into Onaroll, it's possible that the phone number we have on file for them does not match their current phone number. To resolve this, please refer to the article below for instructions on updating a Team Member's phone number:
Missing from Store Roster: Another reason for login issues could be that the Team Member is not included in your store's roster. We update the roster each week based on your location's data systems to ensure new Team Members are added. To rectify this, please follow the steps below:
Confirm that the Team Member has been added to the roster in your internal systems.
If you have successfully added the Team Member to your internal roster but their information is not reflecting accurately in your Onaroll roster, please contact our Support Team to update the roster.
