Troubleshooting Login Issues with Verification Code

If you are experiencing difficulties logging in with the verification code, please follow the steps below to resolve the issue:

  • Verify with your Team Leader or Company Leader that Onaroll is an active program at your location.

  • Verify with your Team Leader or Company Leader that you are still listed as an active employee on the roster that is provided to Onaroll.

  • Verify Phone Number: Ensure that you have entered the correct current phone number associated with your account. Double-check for any typos or errors in the phone number entry.

  • Update Phone Number: If the phone number you entered is correct, but you have not received a verification code, it is possible that we do not have your current phone number on file. To update your phone number, please reach out to your Team Leader or Company Leader so they can update the phone number by following the instructions here https://intercom.help/onaroll/en/articles/7903732-team-leader-roster-management.

  • Verification Code Issues: In the event that the phone number entered matches the one on file, but you are still not receiving a verification code or the code you received is not working, kindly contact our Support Team for prompt assistance.
