What are Bonus Points?
Bonus Points are additional Points that leaders can send to their Team Members as a form of recognition and reward for outstanding performance or as a way to celebrate achievements. These Bonus Points are separate from the Points earned by the team for hitting their daily or weekly Goals.
Awarding Bonus Points via the Roster
Here is your step-by-step guide on how to reward individual employees through the Roster:
After logging in, use your left-hand navigation bar and click Roster.
Find the employee you're looking to reward (Tip: Use our sorting and filtering options to locate the employee quickly).
Click on the employee's name.
A sidebar will appear on the right-hand side of your roster screen.
At the bottom of the sidebar, click Send Points.
A pop-up will appear in the center of the page asking you to confirm how many Points you'd like to send and to write a corresponding message.
Click Send Points to confirm.
The employee will automatically receive their Bonus Points in their account and a text message notifying them!

When someone picks up a tough or unwanted shift
You hired a referral that a Team Member submitted
A Team Member went above and beyond cleaning the store
Your customers mention they received amazing service from a Team Member
Your Team breaks a sales record or completes a sales challenge
A celebratory moment (birthday, graduation, new family member, etc.)
Looking to see the Bonus Points that have been distributed?
Head to the left-hand navigation bar and click Bonus Summary. This will show you a log of all employees who have earned Bonus Points, who sent the Points, and how many were sent out.
You can effortlessly navigate through transactions with the availability of filters, search functionality, and sorting options, ensuring an efficient experience.
