Company Leader: Invoices in the Operator Dashboard

Looking to learn more about your invoices? From the Operator Dashboard, you can manage your payment methods, view your invoices, dig into the specifics of the redemptions for each billing period, and more!

Invoices

From your Invoices tab on the left-hand side navigation bar, you can:

  1. Download an Invoice Summary

  2. Pay your invoices

  3. View your Invoice History

  4. Update your Payment Method

  5. Update your Billing Contact Information

Directly from the Invoices page, you'll see your invoices listed with a few high level metrics immediately available:

  • Usage Period: The dates that span the billing period

  • Seat Total: Number of seats x Seat Price

  • Perks Total: Total Employee Perk Redemptions + Processing Fee

  • Invoice Total: Final invoice amount

The Invoices tab also provides you the opportunity to dig into the data through downloadable CSVs. When you click the Download Report button, you'll be giving a zip file containing two separate reports:

  1. Rostered Employees

    • This file will show you the list of all employees who were rostered during your billing cycle. It also shows how many Points they earned from Goals, how many Bonus Points they received, and the dollar value of Perks they redeemed.

  1. Perk Redemptions

    • This file will show you the list the Perks redeemed during your billing cycle. You'll see who redeemed them, what date it was redeemed on, and the dollar value of the Perk.


Stripe Summary

From the Invoices tab, you can also find your Stripe Summary button on the right-hand side. If you click that button, you'll be brought to a new page. From here you can update your payment method and do a few other key billing actions. When you're ready to head back to the Operator Dashboard, just click on <-- Return to Onaroll, Inc.

Frequently Asked Questions

Help! I don't see any invoices recorded in my Invoices tab.

As soon as you receive your first invoice after using the Operator Dashboard, you'll see those invoices documented here.

I don't know how to open the file that I downloaded from the Invoice summary tab.

The files are downloaded as a zip file. If you're using a PC computer, here are directions on how to open a zip file. If you're using an Apple computer, here are directions on how to open the file.

I want a store-by-store breakdown for the invoice

  1. Navigate to Your Dashboard

  2. Click on Invoices: Locate and select the Invoices tab to view your billing history.

  3. Download Invoice Reports: Choose the invoice you're interested in and download the associated reports.

  4. Open the Rostered Employees Report: Within the downloaded reports, open the Rostered Employees report.

  5. Create Two Pivot Tables:

    • Seats Charged: Use one pivot table to sum the number of seats by store

    • Redemptions Occurred: Use another pivot table to sum the number of redemptions by store (make sure the Redemptions column has Currency set as the number format).

  6. Calculate Final Seat Fee per Store:

    • Multiply your seat fee (specified in your contract or invoice receipt) by the number of seats per store obtained from the pivot table.

  7. Calculate Final Redemption Amount per Store:

    • Multiply the redemptions per store by your processing fee (specified in your contract or invoice receipt).

  8. (If applicable) Add Any Additional Fees: Divide up total additional from invoice by the total number of stores.

  9. Sum Up Final Amounts:

    • Add the calculated seat fee and redemption amount for each store to determine the final amount owed by each store.
