To send Points to multiple employees at the same time, follow these steps:
Select the checkbox next to the employees you want to send Points to. You can choose multiple employees by ticking their respective checkboxes. And you can select all employees on the page by selecting the checkbox at the top of the column.
Once you have selected employees, a green "Send Points" button will appear. Click on this button.
A popup window will appear, prompting you to enter the number of Points you want to send to the employees. Additionally, you will need to enter a message for each employee to receive along with the Points.
Points will not be awarded to employees for 24 hours after they are sent.
After entering the required information, you will see a summary of Points that will be sent. Once you've verified the details, click on the "Continue" button.
To confirm the transaction, you will be prompted once again to review the inputs. If everything looks accurate, click on the "Send Points" button to proceed.
After the Points are successfully sent, an SMS message will be automatically sent to each employee, and the Points will be deposited into their respective accounts. You will receive a confirmation message indicating that the transaction has been completed.
To verify the transaction, you can navigate to the Bonus Summary page. There, you will immediately see the reflected updates showing the Points that were sent.
Looking to see the Bonus Points that have been distributed?
Head to the left-hand navigation bar and click Bonus Summary. This will show you a log of all employees who have earned Bonus Points, who sent the Points, and how many were sent out.
You can effortlessly navigate through transactions with the availability of filters, search functionality, and sorting options, ensuring an efficient experience.
Transactions will appear in three states:
Pending: A pending will appear within the 24 hour holding period. Transactions can be canceled while in this state.
Canceled: If a pending transaction is canceled, it will then display with the canceled label.
Successfully sent: If there is no label, the points were successfully sent.
Cancel transactions
If points were sent in error, the transaction can be canceled with 24 hours. To do so, navigate to the Bonus Summary page, find the transaction, and click "cancel points. Then confirm the transaction should be canceled. It will then display with a canceled label next to it.
