What Is Trivia?

Trivia is a daily question that tests Team Members' knowledge and awards them points.

There are 2 different types of Trivia:

Generic Trivia: These are fun, generic multiple choice or free response questions. Open answer questions will get Points awarded for any response.

Custom Trivia: These can be multiple choice or true/false questions around store & brand specific training, your organization, or even sentiment questions.

Why you should use Trivia?

One of Trivia's benefits is driving employees to the platform. Once in Onaroll, they'll be reminded of what their Goals are and it makes the connection to your business objectives.

Trivia can also be used as a training tool! You can see each Team Member's response to Trivia questions directly in your Operator Dashboard, which is helpful for determining where additional training may be needed.

Log into your Operator Dashboard > Reports > Reporting and Analytics > Trivia

How to Add/Update Trivia

To Add custom Trivia for your Team Members to answer, navigate to the Trivia tab of your Program Details. You can either update questions or add new ones. Be sure to add the question, answer choices and indicate which answer is the correct one. Your Program Details should have been shared with you during your onboarding process but if you need the link again, please reach out to support@onaroll.co
