Onboard now offers a more streamlined method for approving new company applications. Instead of having to manually apply the same settings over and over for each approval, you can set up a preset to be able to automatically apply default settings to a new company.
Set up or edit presets
From the Onboard app's Applications page, click the Manage approval presets button in the top right.
Here, you can edit the default settings used by the app, or create your own presets to use in different cases.

Use presets when manually reviewing applications
Anytime you go to approve a new application, the app will automatically populate the company settings based on the default preset options.
If you have created any alternative presets, you can select which preset to use from the Approval presets menu during approval.
Whether using the default or an alternative preset, you can still always change any settings for a company when approving them to make sure that specific company account is set up as needed, which wont affect the preset itself.
Use presets to auto-approve applications
In the form editor's Rules tab, you can set up rules to automatically approve new applications using preset settings.
With the flexibility provided by our form rules, you can automatically approve every new application using preset settings, add conditions to the rule to only automatically approve certain applications, or even add multiple rules with different conditions to automatically approve different applications with different settings.
