What is Onboarding.Online?
Onboarding.Online is a SaaS Service mainly for the B2B sector, providing a visual constructor to create iOS and Web2App onboarding experiences. It streamlines the onboarding process by shifting from development to design, especially for iOS apps through an SDK.
Can Onboarding.Online's SDK be integrated on the Android platform?
Currently, the service is available for iOS and Web2App platforms. Integration for Android is in progress.
How can I start a new Project?
First, you need to sign up or log in to your registered account. The system will automatically start a demo project for you with the possibility to create a demo onboarding. Afterwards, there are several ways to start a new project:
You may click on the menu on the top left part of the dashboard and select "All projects" and click the "Add new project" card.
Click the same menu button and select "Create a new project."
You will enter the title of the project and then will need to "Add new" onboardings to start work. There you will choose the default language for the dashboard as well as content languages within which you are going to release the onboarding.
I cannot log in to the project, what shall I do?
Firstly, please check that you have signed up not as a user with an already registered email; otherwise, you will see the corresponding error.
Secondly, please make sure that you have entered the correct credentials without any typos or misprints in your email address and password.
Thirdly, if the error continues, please clear your cookies/cache and reload the page to enter the correct data one more time.
How can I reset my password?
If there are any issues with your password restoring, please click "Forgot password?" and then proceed with the "Reset password" button. You will receive a confirmation letter with the link to reset the password in your email; please follow the instructions there to install a new password.
Can I associate multiple projects with the same email?
Yes, you can create and manage an unlimited number of projects under one registered email.
Is it possible to add multiple emails to access the same project?
Yes, you can add team members to the same project. To do this, open the "Users and permissions" section in the project settings.
Can a project function without an owner?
While a project can technically function without an owner, it is advisable to always have at least one owner for effective management and control.
