How do I start onboarding in the created project?

Click "Add new" on the main page, enter the necessary information, choose a theme, and customize it. You can always edit these settings later by clicking the "..." menu.

I am back to work with the same unpublished onboarding after a while, how to proceed?

Click on the onboarding to enter "Edit flow." To change its name or languages, click the "..." button on the top right corner and select "Settings." You can then edit the onboarding name, default language, and content languages.

Can I filter onboardings and navigate among them on the dashboard?

Yes, you can sort out the existing onboardings by different attributes such as Name, Status, Languages, Default languages, and Creation time. Click on the sorting arrow next to the attribute to sort the onboardings in ascending or descending order. You can also change the number of rows displayed per page to view more onboardings at once.

How to save up the changes in the onboarding?

The visual constructor automatically saves changes every 30 seconds. No need to manually save.

How many onboardings can be published at once?

Only 1 onboarding can be published in your Project to avoid discrepancies in the released versions that will be publicly available for your customers. To alter or update the current version of the onboarding in production, you should clone it first and then proceed with the needed settings installation.

How do I clone an onboarding?

Click the "..." at the end of the onboarding row and select the clone option. You can rename the cloned onboarding anytime.

What is the "JSON" button needed for?

This button allows you to download the onboarding for offline use. It's useful for ensuring your onboarding works seamlessly, even with a poor internet connection

How can I preview the whole onboarding constructed for my app before integrating SDK, not screen by screen?

You can view the whole onboarding in the "Edit flow" screen. Alternatively, use the Onboarding Online app to preview the onboarding in its entirety.

How can I change the title of my onboarding?

Please navigate to the end of the required onboarding row on the main dashboard and click "..." to proceed with corrections in the "Settings" tab. You will see the pop-up where you can edit the title, choose, select and/or add other languages to your app; afterward please click "Save" once you are done with your alterations. Please note that onboardings that were published either to QA and/or PROD cannot be edited anymore, the only option here is to clone the onboarding to install the needed settings.

How many versions can 1 onboarding obtain? What for?

You can create unlimited versions within a project. However, only one version can be in QA and then moved to PROD at a time. Clone the onboarding for any changes or new versions. This ensures security and project integrity.
