How to Customize the Page Indicator

In this guide, we will walk you through customizing the page indicator on your onboarding screens.

Types of Page Indicators

The page indicator can have three design types:

Line

Dashes

Dashes with title

Progress Indicator Display

You can change the completed or remaining percentage that the user will see on this screen. Just swipe the slide left or right.

This option is available for all three design types.

Progress Color Customization

Click on the Settings icon in the Page Indicator row. Here, you can change the color of the progress bar and its background (track color) to match your theme. This option is available for all three design types.

Selecting and Customizing Page Indicator Type

Click on the Settings icon in the Page Indicator and enable the 'Indicator Kind' option.

Line Page indicator

Choose 'Line' from the dropdown menu. When selected, a line will be displayed as the page indicator.

Dashes Page Indicator

Choose 'Dashes' from the dropdown menu.

When selected, dashes will be displayed as the page indicator.

Customize Dashes

  • Number of Dashes - Adjust the number of dashes to represent the number of pages in the onboarding process.

  • Dash Height - Set the height of all dashes.

  • Dash Spacing - Modify the space between each dash.

'Dashes with title' page indicator

Choose 'Dashes with Title' from the dropdown menu.

When selected, dashes will be displayed with an additional title above them.

Customize Dashes

Configure the number of dashes, dash height, and dash spacing as described above for the Dashes type.

Customize Page Indicator Title

  • Change Title Text - Edit the text to be displayed as the title.

Title Design Settings

Customize the title design, including:

  • Font type

  • Font size

  • Font color

  • Text alignment

  • Text height (web-to-app only)

  • Text background color (web-to-app only)

By following these steps, you can effectively customize the page indicator on your onboarding screens to fit your desired design and functionality.

Saving Your Changes:

After finalizing the customization, Click "Save and Close" to apply your changes.

If you press the "Close" button without saving, all modifications will be lost.
