Adding and Customizing Bullets on the Paywall

In this article, we will guide you through the process of adding and customizing bullets on your paywall. Bullets are an effective way to highlight the advantages of a subscription or list the features that users will get in the Premium mode.

Examples of use:

Access the Edit screen mode:

Add a Paywall screen from templates on the flow by drag and drop

Click on the screen you've added to the onboarding flow.

Press the Pencil button to enter the "Edit Screen" mode.

Also, you can configure the screen for the whole theme. The options for customizing will be the same.

Reminder how to customize Paywall for the theme

For New Onboarding: After selecting a theme, customize the screen by clicking on the Edit button.

For Existing Onboarding: Click on the Settings icon in the upper right corner of the onboarding flow.

Then edit the screen for the entire theme.

Access Bullets on Edit screen

On the Edit screen, locate the Bullets section.

Click on the arrow to expand the content for customization.

Here, you will find the icon with bullet settings and a list of items with their content (image, titles, subtitles).

Customize the Bullet Design

Click on the Settings button to access Bullet Design Customization.

Available Customization Options:

  • Item State: Customize the background color, outline color and thickness, border radius, and spacing between list items.

  • Item Padding: Adjust the padding within the text block, which affects the space between the text and the edge of the background.

  • List Container Padding: Adjust the padding outside the text block, which affects the space between the text and the edge of the screen.

  • Title Font Styles: Customize the bullet title design, including text style and its position on the screen. Note that the Title design applies to EVERY item title in the bullet.

  • Subtitle Font Styles: Customize the bullet subtitle design, including text style and its position on the screen. Note that the Subtitle design applies to EVERY item subtitle in the bullet.

Bullet Item State Customization

  1. Background Color: Set a background color for the entire text block (title + subtitle + list).

2.Outline: Add an outline to the background with customizable color and thickness.

3.Border Radius: Add a border radius to the background or the outline.

4.Item Spacing: Adjust the spacing between list items.

Bullet Item Padding Customization

Customize the padding within the text block. Even if the background is transparent, these paddings will still be applied.

List Container Padding Customization

Customize the padding outside the text block, controlling the space between the text and the edge of the screen.

Title Font Styles Customization

Adjust the title's text style and position on the screen. Note that changes apply to all titles within the bullet.

Adjust the subtitle's text style and position on the screen. Note that changes apply to all subtitles within the bullet.

Manage Items Content in the Bullet

Adding and Removing Items to the List

Add an Item: Click the 'Add' button to create a new item with default text and image. This item will include a title and a subtitle, which you can modify as needed.

Remove an Item: Click the trash icon next to an item to remove it from the list.

Fill Text and Images for List Items

  1. Upload Custom Images: For each item, you can upload your own image. Refer to the linked article for more details on how to upload an image.

  2. Customize Text: Write your own text for each item's title and subtitle.
