To effectively customize your theme template and apply changes both to new screens and those already in use in your onboarding sequence, Click on the "Settings" icon to open the theme template's customization options.

Here, you can adjust to modify the appearance of your theme: Change main colors, background, Header, Fonts, Tables style, and Footer. A detailed description of each setting is here

Modifying Individual Screens within the theme:

If you want to alter a specific screen within the theme, select that screen. Once you’ve made the desired changes, click "Save and Close" to confirm and apply these adjustments.

Applying Changes to the Entire Theme Template: After making modifications to the Theme Design, click "Done". This action applies the changes across the entire theme. You'll notice the updates reflected in the right panel where the templates are displayed. All new screens that you subsequently drag and drop into the flow will showcase this new design.

Updating Existing Screens with New Theme Parameters: To apply the new theme parameters to screens that are already part of the onboarding sequence, first add these screens to the flow. Then, click the "Settings" button in the top right corner of the "Templates" menu to make your adjustments. After customizing, select "Apply to onboarding" in the "Customize Theme Screen" section to update these existing screens with the new parameters.

Important Note: Be aware that selecting "Apply to onboarding" alone will not update the theme. This means that after dragging and dropping templates, you might still see the old design on these new screens.

Saving New Design to Both Theme and Added Screens: To ensure the new design is applied both to the theme and to the added screens, follow these steps in sequence:

  • First, click "Done" to save the changes to the theme itself.

  • Next, click "Apply to onboarding" to extend these changes to all screens in the onboarding sequence.
