How can I upload my Financing Plans? Add a financing plan, standard

OnCall Air allows you to upload the financing terms that you offer so they can easily be offered on any job. You can also hyperlink an online application for your financing plan within the plan details, click here to learn more about this feature.

Whether you are integrated with Finance+, which is auto-populated, or choose from another financial Institution such as Synchrony, Wells Fargo, etc., you are able to upload them manually.

A standard financing plan is the most common of the financing plans. The system will calculate and display the monthly payments on the customer's proposal.

Here is a brief video of how to create, add, and edit a standard financing plan:

To manage your financing options or add a financing plan, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Office >> Settings >> Financing Options

  2. Click the "add finance" button in the top right-hand corner

  3. Select "standard"

  4. On the next page, you will complete the following fields:

    1. Label Name

    2. Time Span

    3. Payment Factor

    4. Financing Markup

    5. Annual Percentage Rate (APR)

    6. Disclosure Text Short

    7. Disclosure Text Long (this is where you can add your financing hyperlink)

    8. Description (for office use only, internal)

  5. Finally, click "SAVE" at the bottom.
