Steps to activate Stripe payment gateway for processing credit card payments:
Request Stripe account from https://stripe.com/
Go to Onde My hub > your Merchant > Payment gateways > Add > Credit & debit cards > create Stripe payment gateway.
Fill in all the required info such as Secret Key, Publishable key. Currency must be the same as requested from Stripe. Don't forget to save the changes.
Enable Stripe gateway in MyHub for required companies: My hub > Company settings > Payment gateways > Edit > choose "Stripe" for "Credit & debit cards". The flow is shared in the video .
5. Do some live testing with credit cards. One may check that:
on trip payments with credit card;
driver balance and customer wallet top-ups with credit cards.
IMPORTANT
Onde is fully integrated with Stripe for cards processing and fully PCI compliant.
However, for Stripe integration to work you should allow passing full card numbers in integration settings of your Stripe dashboard (the activation depends on Stripe and may take weeks)
To allow passing full card numbers proceed as below:
if it is not possible to enable option "Handle card information directly" click on the link "enabling access to raw card data APIs" to review the requirements for this option enablement
it there is no possibility to complete the process from this page, contact Stripe support and ask them to make this option available
after Stripe approves that everything is done, go to https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/integration and enable option "Handle card information directly"
In case Stripe asks for PCI compliance documentation at any stage of communication, contact support@onde.app for the documents.
Mind that Stripe only communicates directly with account holders on changing account settings or other matters, refusing to engage into any correspondence with a third-party.
