Is it possible to block a customer?

If you want to block a customer, please send an email to support@onde.app (for Lolo: support@ridelolo.com) with the following information:

  1. Customer's phone number

  2. Reason for blocking.

IMPORTANT:

All numbers should be submitted in the following format:

  • without "+"

  • with a country code

  • with NO spaces between the digits

For example: 2349125764342

In case the list for blocking is larger that 10 numbers, please, submit the numbers in a spreadsheet and share access with support@onde.app
