While signing up, each driver must provide the following information:
Driver license number;
Car details (model, color, year, plate number, board number, max customers).
Upload of the driver's license is optional by default.
Some countries' authorities have a particular set of documents required from the taxi drivers to operate. If you need any additional fields in the driver app, drop us a message at support@onde.app (for Lolo: support@ridelolo.com). Attach the information according to the format:
The following formats are accepted for driver documents: “.png”, “.jpg”, “.jpeg”. The maximum allowed size for each driver document file is 5 mb.
In case there is an error to add a document, most probably the size is too big and has to be adjusted.
Additional driver documents are displayed in Driver app and a driver's profile in My Hub.
Additional driver documents are not logged in Driver report.
