VoiP/PBX integration helps automate orders receipt for your company operators. IP phone systems' tools create new triggers which send webhook and paste particular URLs. By forwarding these webhooks to our system, you force the Operator App to create a new order and insert information about the client (phone number and name only) in it. The rest of the details (pick up and drop off locations, service type, etc.) are introduced by the operator who picks up the call manually.
If you are interested, contact your VoiP/PBX service provider and check if it can send webhooks to our server when its app monitor triggers are fired.
