Within the drivers tab the company owner can add/remove drivers and manage their subscriptions.

Adding a driver

  1. Proceed to the 'Drivers' tab >> 'Drivers management' in My Hub and press the 'Add driver' button.

2. Fill in the driver's phone number. You can also subscribe a driver to a subscription plan. Then click on 'Add' button.

The driver is invited. The invitation SMS is sent to the provided phone number.

3. The driver has to download the driver's application using the links from the SMS, complete all the profile registration steps and submit it to the company for review.

The moment the driver sends the completed profile to the company he gets a notification as below. After that he awaits till the company reviews his details, assigns the Vehicle type and activates the profile.

NB: If the driver didn't receive SMS with the invitation, he can register through the phone number to which the invite was linked.

Steps are as follows:

1. download the app from Play Market or App Store.

2. proceed with the profile registration using his phone number in the company where he was invited.

3. After that the driver will appear in waiting for activation section of My Hub:

Click on the driver, review the information in their profile, assign Service type, change profile status from "Waiting for activation" to "Active" and press on "SAVE" button.

The driver is active and can receive and process orders.

NB: You can also activate the option "Allow drivers to signup via driver app".

For that go to the 'Drivers management' tab and press on 'Driver settings' in the top right corner of the screen.

This option allows drivers to send requests for activation to My Hub from driver app without invite from your side via My Hub. Drivers appear in "Waiting for activation" section and just need to be activated from your side.

Activating drivers in "Incomplete registration" status

If drivers start registration and fail to complete it, they appear in "Incomplete registration" status. In that case there are 2 options to activate "Incomplete registration" profiles:

1.a manager has to contact such drivers and advise them to finalize the registration;

2.a manager can complete all the missing profile details directly from My Hub. But in this case, once the manager has added the details for a driver in “Incomplete registration status, the driver has to re access the app and validate the profile with the updated details.

Once the driver has reconfirmed the updated details, his profile status will change to "Waiting for Activation". After that the manager will have to manually update the driver's profile status from “Waiting for Activation" to “Active” directly from the driver's profile in My Hub. All done! The driver can work now.

You can also delete or suspend drivers at any time.

  1. Navigate to My Hub and choose 'Drivers management' tab.

  2. Select the driver and open the more-items menu (three dots symbol) on the right side of the screen.

  3. Press the ‘Delete’ or ‘Suspend’ button in the pop-up window.

NB: Deleting a driver is an irrevocable action. Drivers can be deleted in any status and balance.
