With operator app it's possible to create, cancel, dispatch and control all the orders in the life mode. If you have a calling center, this the way to put orders in the system.
How do I add an operator?
1. Proceed to Operators tab in My Hub.
2. Add a new operator and fill in all the necessary information. Mind to use Gmail for operator profiles.
3. Check you mail box for an operator invite email.
4. Proceed to the operator app https://operator.onde.app.
5. Log in via Gmail and start using Operator App.
