When all development costs are settled, the branded apps can be linked to the Brand and the company can be moved to production.
In production mode a company gets access to all levels of the Brand panel
Brand
Merchant/s
Company/ies
The highest level of access to a Brand panel is “Brand”
A user who has access to the “Brand” is called a Brand manager.
Once a company is in production mode the company owner should contact support@onde.app and provide a secure email for the Master brand manager, who will be granted access to Brand.
A brand manager gets access not only to the Brand, but to the whole its components:
Brand > Merchant/s > Company/ies.
On the Brand level a Brand manager can:
level down to Merchant and all the data on the Merchant level
add more brand managers: tab “User management” > “Add a user” > invite a new Brand manager
3. update “Brand settings”
The medium level of access to a Brand panel is “Merchant”
A user who has access to a “Merchant” is called a Merchant manager.
A Brand manager can add the first Merchant manager, who will have access to the Merchant and the Company level (all the companies linked to the Merchant).
A Merchant manager can also invite Merchant managers.
On a Merchant level a Merchant manager can:
level down to Companies and all the data on Company level
add Merchant managers: tab “User management” > “Add a user” > invite a new Merchant manager.
3. Manage “Payment gateways”
4. Manage “Wallet”
5. Manage “Corporate account”
IMPORTANT
There can be several Merchants in one Brand. The Merchant managers in each Merchant have access to their own Merchant and Companies linked to this Merchant.
A Brand might need several Merchants if it operates on a global scale with Companies in different countries and own currency for each company. It is recommended to have companies linked to one currency added to one Merchant.
The lowest level of access to a Brand panel is “Companies”
A user who has access to a “Company” is called a Company user/manager.
Full access to a Company is granted to the user who initially registered the demo. This user is "Protected" - can not be deleted.
This full access user/company manager can manage all the settings of the Company he is registered in.
To delete the full access “Protected” user one should:
add a new Full access user
delete the user who is not protected (the option is available if the user is not set as a Billing owner)
A Full access user can add other users/company managers with different access levels.
Good luck setting a smart hierarchy of user accesses to your Brand panel!
