Once a driver is put on a plan with specific commission charges an internal in-app Wallet is created in the app profile. All the registered driver balance transactions are logged in Driver Wallet transactions.
Both the company and the driver have access to all the transactions for the whole period of a driver’s activity.
To check Wallet transactions in the driver app, a driver should access the side menu of the app profile > Wallet > Transactions. The transactions are displayed chronologically. Tap on a transaction to check its details.
To check Wallet transactions of a driver’s profile in My hub, a company manager with access should:
a) Tap on the more items button at the driver’s profile record in My hub and select “Transactions”
b) Access a driver’s profile in My hub and tap on “View transactions”
The following transaction types are available:
Order fee - chargeable as per driver plan
Order cancellation fee - chargeable as per service cancellation policy
Company charge - manual driver balance debits and credits from My hub
Credits transfer - all “credits” sent and received within the “Money transfer between drivers” feature
Transaction fee - chargeable as per driver plan
Order payment - automatic balance credits for orders processed on the following payments: card, Apple Pay, Wallet, Corporate account, Coupon discount, third-party systems
Subscription fee - chargeable as per driver plan
Payout - all transactions of PAYOUT category (automated driver payouts/driver payouts with Stripe Connect/Driver payouts with HyperSplits)
Refund - cancellation/transaction/order fees refunds to drivers
Crew charge - feature is in development
A company manager can filter a driver’s transaction per type, select the day/month the transactions are needed for and export them to CSV.
