“Driver profile data export to CSV” gives an immediate access and allows to manage driver profile data outside My hub.

For example, downloading a report with status “Active” you may export and handle the data of only Active drivers.

“Export to CSV” allows to export:

a. all data of all/filtered driver profiles

b. specific data of all/filtered driver profiles

a. To export all data of filtered driver profiles, proceed with the steps below:

1. access tab “Drivers > Drivers management” in My Hub.

2. apply a driver filter by status to get a list of drivers in particular status to export.

3. tap on “Export to CSV” icon.

4. open the downloaded CSV report to review driver profile data. The data can be exported to other formats for further management. Here you can learn How to open reports in CSV format in Excel.

b. To export specific data of filtered driver profiles, proceed with the steps below:

1. access tab “Drivers > Drivers management” in My Hub.

2. tap on the "column chooser" button to select which profile data should be included into the report.

3. select the Status of driver profiles to export in the filter menu.

4. tap on “Export to CSV” icon.

5. open the downloaded CSV report to review exported data.

NB: "Export to CSV" exports the entire list of drivers filtered by the selected criteria. It is not possible to export data for multiple individually selected driver profiles. When multiple profiles are selected, the "Export to CSV" button becomes inactive.

CSV reports with filtered driver profile data may be used for various purposes. For example, exporting reports with driver balances allows to review driver account statuses to alert those drivers whose balance is running low. Downloading a report with driver “Subscription plan” details gives an overview of all plans drivers are currently on.
