How to place orders with Web App

There are two options to access your Web App:

1. Go to My Hub > proceed to “Applications & services” > hover over to Web App option > Click on “GO TO WEB APP”

2. Go to your brand panel “Brand settings” > scroll down to White label settings > tap on your personal Web App link

Once Web App is opened in browser proceed with the set-up.

1. Tap on ADD MOBILE PHONE NUMBER to authorize.

2. Enter the verification code sent to the specified number via SMS in the corresponding field.

One will stay logged in until they choose to log out.

To exit Web App tap on your profile image at the top right corner of the PWA and select “Log out”.

To place an instant order with Web App :

1. Specify the pick-up (if different from the physical one) and drop-off (if needed) locations in the corresponding fields.

2. Add a note to the driver (if needed) and select the service by tapping on the corresponding icon.

3. Review order details for correctness:

estimated route on the map, expected time and mileage en route

estimated/fixed trip cost (on Book button)

4. Tap on “BOOK” to dispatch the order.

5. Track order assignment and driver details in the order form field.

You may cancel the order by tapping on “Cancel order”.

To create another order in Web App follow the step-by-step instructions above. One may simultaneously dispatch as many orders as they wish.

To create a pre-order via Web App :

1. specify the pick-up address

2. switch to “Preorder” mode to review the services that work with pre-orders option.

3. choose the future date and time

4. place a booking by tapping on “BOOK”

One may place a preorder up to 7 months in advance.
