How to delete a driver's profile

In compliance with GDPR policies, a driver can request to delete their personal information from the platform. If a driver wants to erase their data, they should follow these steps in the driver app:

  1. Go to the side menu >> Profile >> Delete my account:

2. Enter the confirmation code from the screen and tap "Confirm":

3. Press the “Delete account” button to send the data erasure request to the company and exit the app:

The company owner will see such a driver with a "Deactivated" status in MyHub:

The driver remains in this status for 30 days. During this time, their profile data — including the profile photo, email, name, vehicle details, balance, and transaction history — is preserved. If the driver attempts to log into the driver app, this information will be automatically restored.

If the company manager manually deletes the driver, the data is permanently erased. If the company manager does not manually remove the account, the driver will be deleted automatically at the end of the 30-day period. Their status in driver reports will then change to CLOSED and the profile data will also be permanently erased. If this driver later tries to register again with the same phone number, the system will treat this attempt as a brand-new registration. The previous information will not be restored.

Important:

If the 30-day period is not over yet and a driver logs into the app using the same phone number, their profile status in MyHub will change from "Deactivated" to "Waiting for activation." For this driver to resume work, a company manager must review and activate their profile. Drivers cannot start working immediately after deleting and reactivating their profiles.

NB: drivers can delete their profiles regardless of the balance in their in-app Wallet.
