Our platform is integrated with Checkout for processing credit card payments in multiple countries. In case you want to work with Checkout as a payment processor, please, proceed with the following steps:
Contact the Checkout team, pass KYC and onboarding, sign needed documents
Agree on the operation country list. Warn Checkout and Onde teams
Create a merchant account in the Checkout panel
Generate API Public & Secret keys in the Checkout dashboard. Make sure that "Allow any processing channel" toggle is enabled for each of them:
Open Onde My hub > your Merchant > Payment gateways > Add > Credit & debit cards. Create Checkout.com payment gateway and paste generated API keys there:
enable Checkout.com gateway in MyHub for required companies. You are welcome to consult the video on adding a payment gateway and activating it for the company.
do some live testing with credit cards. One may check that:
on trip payments with credit card;
driver balance and customer wallet top-ups with credit cards.
In case of any issues, please, contact the Checkout team and put the Onde team in the copy.
N.B. Onde is not working with Payment links. However, a partner can generate it in the Checkout panel and use it outside our system.
