Steps to activate D-Local payment gateway for processing credit card payments
1. Request D-Local account from https://dlocal.com/
D-Local support contacts are tam_merchants@dlocal.com and santelo@dlocal.com
2. Once D-Local merchant account is created, add a D-Local gateway entity in your Brand panel on Merchant level: go to My hub > Merchant > Payment gateways > Add > Credit & debit cards > D-Local. Paste all the necessary keys and don't forget to save the changes!
3. Enable D-Local gateway in MyHub for required companies as per the step in the video on adding a payment gateway and activating it for the company.
4. Do some live testing with credit cards. One may check that:
- on trip payments with credit card;
- driver balance and customer Wallet top-ups with credit cards.

Mind that both pre-authorization and 3D Secure are supported for D-Local
IMPORTANT:
At the moment we are integrated with D-Local for LatAm region
However, we are in a continual process of adding new countries to D-Local integration.
The integration of such countries is processed on a billable basis. If your country is not on the list of integrated countries, please, drop us a message on support@onde.app to check the status and fees applicable.
