Billing history report guide

Billing history report logs data on all company balance transactions:

all types of fees: “Order” (per order (%) commission charges), monthly subscription , extra service, app updates/reactivation, new service activation, as well as panel card top-ups, balance charges and corrections, manual withdrawals and top-up, etc

Billing history report can be generated as per regular report generation flow in How to manage reports?

Billing history report notions:

A. Date of transaction

The date of the transaction

B. Transaction name

The name of the transaction. For example: “Subscription fee (Demo Plan for 30 days (from 2023-07-27 to 2023-08-26))

C. Transaction amount (without currency code like USD)

The amount of the transaction. For example: 150

D. Currency code

The currency code of the performed transaction. For example: USD

E. Balance

The actual balance of the panel after the transaction

D. Order ID

The ID of the order for which “Order fee” has been charged. Shown for “Order fee” transactions only. For all the rest transactions this column is empty.

“Billing history” in My Hub

“Billing history” in My Hub “Billing” contains all company balance transactions, excluding “Order fee” ( per order (%) commission charges).

It allows to easily track all "extra service payments" and "admin charges”, without having to browse through a multitude of “Order fee” charges.
