My hub user profile credentials update in My hub

A My hub user is able to update their profile credentials:

phone number

email

password

To do so a user has to tap in the top right corner of My hub while logged into his profile, hover over to phone number/email/password field.

To update the password select "Change password", set the new password, confirm it in the relevant field and tap "Save".

To change the phone number and email select the “Edit” option > enter the new phone number/email address and tap “Send code”. The code is sent to the new number or email.

Upon code entry the credentials of the profile are updated.

IMPORTANT:

Profile data update is possible only in case the new credentials (phone number/email) are not related to any other accounts.

Our system supports single account logic, which means that a phone number and email address are unique for each account. However, an account can have multiple profiles: My hub user, operator, customer, driver.

If a My hub user tries to update their profile phone number/email address with the one that is linked to another account, the system will show an error: "An account with this email already exists" or "Phone number already used in the system. Please, use another one".
