  1. You need to have a person in charge during office hours to welcome arriving coworkers, e.g. a community manager or a receptionist.

  2. We require the space to have at least 40 regular members for a nice community feel.

  3. Monthly recurring community events.

  4. An inspiring architectural approach towards the office space. Who wants to work in a regular office?
