Assigning Locations to your Incident Logs

As Admins you are now able to create Locations that users can assign to their Incident/Near Miss when submitting a report. This can help identify if Incidents/Near Misses are happening in a certain Location.

To add a Location to an Incident Log template, you will need to navigate to the Admin Area > Incident Log. Now you should be able to see a 'Location' table on your page.

Please select β€˜Add New’ and enter the title of your location. Once you have entered that title select β€˜Save’ and now that location will be added to the Incident/Near Miss report template.

If a Location has been entered incorrectly or is no longer in use, you are able to amend and/or remove existing locations by selecting 'View' on the location you wish to change and then either 'Edit' or 'Delete'.

Once you have made the relevant changes, select save and this will update automatically on the form template.
