To create a Risk Assessment, navigate to "Risk Management" on the menu list.
Once you have navigated to "Risk Management", you will now need to select the "Create Risk Assessment" button on the left of your page.
You will now be presented with step 1 of the assessment template, where you can add the assessment details to.
Once the assessment details have been added, select the 'Save and Continue' button at the top or bottom of your page.
You will now be taken to step 2 of the assessment. Here you can add all of the Hazards and Controls of the assessment including the risk ratings per hazards and controls.
Once completed, select the 'Update and Continue' button at the top or bottom of your page.
Now you will be presented with the final step of the assessment. Here you can add details of when the assessment is due to be reviewed and assign the completed assessment to others for review and signature.
When all the details have been filled in, press the 'Update' button. This will save your assessment and now you will see this on your dashboard.
