If a user is struggling to access the system, there are two options for helping them re-set their password. The first is the Forgotten Password option on the main login page, the second is the Re-send Welcome Email option.
As a manager or admin, you are able to navigate to the selected employee profile via the employee listing. To access this employee listing, click Employees on the oneHR main menu.
Once you are on the employee's profile, click Edit User.
Once clicked, a pop-up box will appear. You will see there is a checkbox that will allow you to re-send the welcome email. Check this box and then click Update. The employee will then receive an email from oneHR with a prompt to set up a new password along with a reminder of their username and login URL.
