If a user is struggling to access the system, there are two options for helping them re-set their password. The first is the ‘forgotten password’ option on the main login page, the second is the ‘re-send welcome email’ option.

As a manager or admin, you are able to navigate to the selected employee profile via the employee listing, this employee listing is accessible by the main left-hand side menu on oneHR.

Once you are on the employee's profile, you will see there is an ‘edit user’ button.

If you click on this, you will see there is a checkbox that will allow you to re-send the welcome email. Once checked and submitted, the employee will then receive an email from oneHR with a prompt to set up a new password along with a reminder of their username and login URL.
